Our first dental chair in Olmekenyu |
| Sometime in Olmekenyu the light is just better and we set up shop out on
the porch...
When the sun goes down you could say Dr. Bill is moonlighting... |

The idea of painless dentistry is like a fairy tale.
The norm was excruciating no pain killer dentistry and prying out of
teeth with a knife. |
| Margo and two makes three to take care of this patient.
(Actually there is good teaching and learning going on here. This
is just one of the great blessings team members take away from the mission
as they learn so much from one another as well as getting loads of hands
on experience.) |

In just a few months we hope to have our large generator in place and
running so the on and off solar power lighting system we depend on now
will not hinder the medical folks ability to help folks any time of day or
night. For the dentist the issue is bright lights and for other
medical procedures. Babies seem to want to be born in the night so
instantly shedding a little light on the wee arrivals is going to be great
for the nurses. |
| Dr. Daniel in the middle, works out of Narok but also comes to Olmekenyu
to and to Morijo to travel with us as well as returns with our help to
hold clinics when we are not present. |

Here is Dr. Daniel helping us out with Morijo clinics. The first
time to Morijo for Daniel was with out team. Now he is a welcome
site anytime he comes with us or sent by us to hold clinic in this remote
place. |
